I stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved the huge, comfy bed in my spacious room and the refreshing pool that was perfect after a long day of exploring. The spa offered an awesome foot massage and sun terrace where I could unwind. Just a heads up, the heating could be better during the cooler evenings, but it didn't spoil my stay at all! 😄

Heating could use an upgrade during chilly nights. extra blankets were offered but weren't quite enough to combat the winter cold. The rooftop terrace looked nice but was always empty, failing to deliver any lively atmosphere.

Staying at Liberty Hall was delightful. The mountain suite room offered breathtaking views of both the mountains and rice paddies. Every evening, the sunset from my balcony was unbelievable. Access to free bikes made exploring the area an easy adventure. The staff impressed me with their warm hospitality from check-in through breakfast. I appreciated the rooftop bar. it was a perfect spot to unwind while taking in the scenery. Conveniently, the hotel arranged a private car service for our family, enhancing our travel experience. the breakfast selection could be more varied to match the otherwise excellent service.

An unforgettable birthday surprise

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff was evident. On my partner’s birthday, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated cake and swan-shaped towels! The views of the rice fields from our Junior Suite were breathtaking, and complimentary bike rentals made exploring nearby temples an enjoyable adventure.

While the breakfast was good, I felt there could be more variety to match the service. We also wished the air conditioning was a bit stronger, especially on warmer days.

I had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel, where the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt cared for. The mountain view room was clean and comfortable, with an absolutely stunning view from the balcony that made my mornings special. A lovely touch was when they packed extra snacks and drinks for our bus trip back to Hanoi. The only downside was that the breakfast could use a bit more variety to match the fantastic service.
